Ces fiches ont été rédigés par l'ensemble des membres du groupe technique "effluents vinicoles". elles ont pour objectif de fournir des informations objectives afin de prendre en compte les aspects environnementaux, tant au niveau de l'élaboration des vins que dans le choix des filières de traitement des effluents. The technical datasheets on the channels of treatment of wine effluents have been written by all the members of the " wine effluents " technical group. their goal is to provide objective information in order to take into account environmental aspects, for the wine making as well as for the choice of the effluents purification channels. however, this guide does not pretend to go into the detail of the dimensioning problem, which is specific to each cave, and which must be the object of a specific study on a case-by-case basis with, if needed, the help of a specialized company or agency. |
