A portable data acquisition system (DAS) was developed to monitor intensity patterns of reduced pressure sprinklers. The battery powered DAS is designed around a Zilog Z8671. A desk top micro via an RS232 link, reduces the data. Graphs of several calibration runs demonstrate the DAS system configuration for various field applications.
