Nous retraçons dans cette communication, un travail de modélisation en économie qui rend compte du lien qui existe entre la rente agricole et la rente différentielle urbaine. Dans un département sous influence d'une agglomération importante, nous expliquons 60 % de la valeur des biens par des attributs qui ne sont pas liés à l'activité agricole.
In this communication we speak about a modeling in economy which show the bond between the agricultural land rent and the urban land rent. In a county under influence of an urban agglomeration, we explain 60 % of the value of the goods by caracteristics which are not related to the agricultural activity.
