Les effets des effluents d'une station d'épuration (STEP) ont été mesurés à travers l'activité EROD de poissons capturés par pêche électrique à différentes stations de la rivière en amont et en aval du rejet de STEP ou de poissons placés dans des bassins alimentés par l'effluent. L'activité EROD des poissons exposés à l'effluent s'est révélée être induite pour les poissons pêchés à l'aval de la STEP et pour les poissons exposés artificiellement à l'effluent, l'induction dépendant de la concentration d'effluent. The effects of the effluent of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) were measured on the ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) activity of fish both caught by electrofishing at different stations in the river upstream and downstream from the WWTP outfall or placed in basins supplied by the effluent. EROD activity of fish exposed to effluent was induced for river fishes caught downstream from the effluent and for fished artificially exposed to the effluent, the induction depending on the concentration of the effluent. |
