The state forest service is a key player within the forest sector in all european countries. Since 1991 leading experts from the state forest service of 20 european countries have annually met in different line-ups in order to find new strategies for the state forest service. The topics range from reforming policy, subsidies, public relations and planning to coordination with private forest owners. The main results are presented in this report.
