Résumé :
|
Worldwide, catadromous eel populations are in apparent decline. Opportunities for information exchange and dialog are required such that management and protection needs and measures can be identified. This book addresses that need and represents a collection of peer-reviewed papers based on the symposium. It is organized into three parts: early life history, recruitment and habitat utilization; eel fisheries; and spawning migration and protection.
