| Résumé : | The aim of this workshop was to bring engineering technology experts together with crop specialists. Indeed engineering developments are aimed at exploiting the crop properties and the physiological processes of respiration, transpiration and other biological changes to maintain or improve the quality of the the product that is offered to consumers. The sessions are dedicated to quality measurements techniques, Kinetics of respiration and quality change, systems for quality maintenance during loading transportation and storage. |
