The objective of this directory is to provide manufacturers of wood-based panels with a reference guide to non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques for use in the manufacture of wood-based panels. A technical description of same of the equipment available to perform the reqyured measurements is also included. The directory consists of six major chapters : schematic flow charts for particleboard and MDF production ; process control concepts ; descriptions of NDT systems ; statistical process modelling ; index ; list of EN standards related to wood-based panel products.
