This paper presents a finite volume numerical method to calculate turbulent flows using second moment turbulence closures. The numerical method is formulated for a collocated grid arrangement and on body-fitted coordinate grids. A special interpolation scheme is derived to resolve the potential decoupling between momentum and Reynolds stress transport equations.
