Résumé :
|
Results are presented from an experimental study of refrigerator cabinet heat and mass transfer during open door conditions. Complex flow patterns were found due to interaction of flow between shelves. Flow visualizatin and experimental measurements reveal the nature of the flow patterns and suggest some methods for reducing cabinet energy gains.
