Listeria monocytogenes inhibition by bacteriocinogenic Carnobacterium piscicola DX or nonbacteriocinogenic C. Piscicola 2818 was examined in vacuum-packed minimally processed chicken cubes with gravy at 4, 8 and 15C. C. Piscicola DX and C.
