Résumé :
|
During the last 15-20 years the Danish Meat Research Institute has developed and designed textile duct systems suitable for a wide range of purposes in the food industry all over the world. The special advantage with this air conditioning system is, that it is possible to distribute large quantities of air in chilled working areas without draught and condensation problems. textile ducts can also be used for air distribution in chilling tunnels for beef and pig carcasses. In the light of our experience, this communication will state which conditions one must take care of when a proper textile duct system is to be dimensioned.
