Résumé :
|
In this thesis, functions are presented that are appropriate for modeling three-dimensional steady groundwater flow in regions containing inhomogeneities shaped like ellipsoids of revolution. The function are solutions of Lapalce's equation, the governing differential equation for steady groundwater flow. Two types of ellipsoids are considered : prolate and oblate.
