Résumé : | When using rotational viscometers systematic errors must be taken into account which are caused by the properties of the fluid, special features of the flow process, the design of the apparatus and the test procedure. In this standard sources of error witk cylinder-type rational viscometers are dealt with and the correction - insofar as possible - are described. This standard is restricted to Newtonian fluids. On transition to non-Newtonian fluids, not only do the conditions for corrections described here alter, but further error sources also arise. |
