Résumé :
|
PUR-panels with steel sheet facings are products, whose aging is based on gas transfer across the edges of the panel. The gases of the ambient air will penetrate in the insulation and the blowing agent tends to leave it. The thermal conductivity of the panel increases because nitrogen and oxygen have higher thermal conductivity than the blowing agent (CFC-11). The aging simulation of the panels with gas diffusion-tight facings demand 2- or 3-dimensional mass transfer calculations. This paper discusses shortly about the model equations, which are used for the aging simulation. Also a computation example and some results of the aging experiments will be presented.
