Résumé :
|
A total of nine wells were installed at the nonradioactive dangerous waste (NRDW) landfill, to determine characteristics such as groundwater quality, hydraulic conductivity, and continuity of hydrostratographic units. Seven of these wells compose a detection level groundwater monitoring systel that meets the requirements for interim status groundwater monitoring under 40 CFR 265. Groundwater flow is generally west to east across the NRDW lanfill, and the gradient is very small? The uppermost section of the aquifer is unconfined and highly transmissive.
